Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by RV Mobile Masters ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at rvmobilemasters.com or engaging our mobile RV repair and maintenance services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

RV Mobile Masters provides on-site RV repair and maintenance services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Electrical and plumbing repairs
• Appliance installation and repair
• Roof sealing and leak prevention
• Slide-out and awning services
• Inspections and generator tune-ups

We exclusively service the "house-side" components of RVs and do not provide chassis-related repairs (engine, transmission, brakes, etc.). For motorhomes, please consult a qualified automotive service center for chassis-related issues.

3. Service Area

Our mobile services are available in Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding areas within a 75-mile radius. Service availability may vary based on technician availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to areas outside our designated service area.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

All services require a scheduled appointment. While we strive to arrive at the scheduled time, external factors may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates before performing any work. However, these estimates are not guaranteed prices as unforeseen issues may be discovered during diagnosis or repair.

Additional work beyond the original estimate requires your approval before proceeding. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without notice.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Invoices not paid within the specified payment terms may incur late fees. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney fees, should they become necessary.

7. Parts and Materials

We may use new, used, or refurbished parts as appropriate for repairs, unless otherwise specified by you and agreed to by us. All parts installed are warrantied according to manufacturer specifications or our service guarantee, whichever is applicable.

8. Service Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on labor for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse
• Issues resulting from subsequent repairs not performed by us
• Problems caused by lack of proper maintenance
• Damage from weather, accidents, or acts of nature

Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your RV and its systems
• Ensuring safe access to your RV and service area
• Securing or removing pets during service visits
• Obtaining any necessary permissions for service at your location
• Following our recommended maintenance procedures after service

10. Liability Limitations

While we exercise reasonable care in providing services, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions or issues not directly related to our services
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Damages exceeding the cost of services provided
• Delays in service completion due to parts availability or other factors beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Unsafe working conditions
• Illegal activity or modifications
• Abusive behavior toward our staff
• Requests outside our scope of expertise

12. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
